Calling all councillors to step out and come on board to participate in the Looprun In Store, 45 Minutes Shop and Drop Challenge.
Why?
Well Councillor Ben Wesson did and so can you. Representing Ealing and Pitshanger ward he managed to help raise 151 donations in 45 Minutes! Customers were extra kind and came together in a collective community effort. From non perishables, snacks, toiletries, cleaning products, baby essentials and pet food too.
Volunteering is flexible and Ben has booked on to his next challenge already. You will be matched to a local store from home or work. Ben has also referred two other councillors with more to come.
Do you have 2 hours a month or you can book in around your availability throughout the year. It's fun, helps to create a buzz and impacts the local community. You will want to volunteer again and again.
